Common Help
- Signing in: enter the phone number or email you use with Southern Nutrition. If you have trouble getting a code, switch to the email option, or contact us and we'll get you in.
- Don't see your scans or points? Make sure you signed in with the same phone/email on file in store, then contact us so we can link your records.
- Apple Health: manage what the app can read/write in iOS Settings > Health > SN Members.
- Notifications: turn them on or off in iOS Settings > Notifications > SN Members.
- Delete your account: in the app, open the Me tab, scroll to Privacy & data, and choose Delete my account. This anonymizes your personal information; some de-identified records may be retained for financial/legal recordkeeping.
